Booking Policy
Essential Bloom is a boutique day spa for women. As a small business, your treatment sessions are reserved just for you. To maintain the integrity of our business for years to come we have a firm booking policy. This allows 48 hours notice for services changes, rescheduling or cancellation of your booking. Any alterations beyond this time frame, our late cancellation fee’s kick in. 48 hours notice prior clients must cover 35% of their service cost. 24 hours notice prior there is a 50% service cost coverage. Same day cancellations or no shows must cover 100% of the missed service cost before being able to rebook with us. If this fee is not covered, clients will be unable to return to EB in the future. By Booking with EB you are agreeing to these terms.
Etiquette
We recommend that clients arrive no sooner nor later then 5 minutes before their booking. This allows time to use the washroom and get settled before receiving services. We have a firm 8 minute tardy rule, if we are still able to accommodate your service with less time. In some circumstances there will not be enough time to complete your service. This will then fall under the same fee as a no show. Likewise, although we have a 48 hour cancellation policy, clients may only reschedule the same booking a maximum of 2 times. Clients whom consistently reschedule will have to pay a non refundable fee towards their service. Our policies are never personal, they are just apart of running a business.
