CANCELLATION POLICY
As a small business, we have a strict cancellation policy to protect the longevity of EB for years to come. We ask that you give us minimum 48 hours notice to change or cancel your upcoming services. Canceling or changing your services beyond this time frame will result in a fee covering a percent of your service cost. (35% or 50%) Same day cancellations made beyond 9 AM or no shows will be required to cover the full cost of the missed service in order to be able to return to EB. Please know that this policy is never personal, it’s just business! We appreciate your ongoing loyalty and support.



LATE GRACE PERIOD
EB has a strict 10 minute grace period for all services. Depending on the treatment, we will do our best to accommodate your service with the remaining time left. However, in some circumstances this may not be possible. In these instances clients will need to cover the full cost of their missed service.
